The feedback is in! The alpha cohort of the Redefining HR Accelerator gave their experience a net promotor score of 90. Now is your turn to experience this transformative way of learning and building your global peer community.

The registration deadline for the upcoming Bravo Cohort (July) of the Redefining HR Accelerator is this Friday, June 25th. If you're interested in learning more or securing your seat, you can do so here. You can also learn more about the cohort experience in the video below.

About The Cohorts


The Accelerator Cohorts are a unique hands-on intensive peer learning experience to develop and support the next generation of people executives. The cohorts are 4-weeks and include a mix of synchronous and asynchronous learning designed to fit into the busy schedule of practitioners (July course here). Topics cover include innovation & design thinking, people analytics, diversity - equity - inclusion, and leadership. Registration cost is $1,500 USD (see below for a template to request reimbursement from your employer from your conference and/or learning budget).

Who is this course for?
This course will be most meaningful for current first-time Head of People, #2 or #3 HR leaders in larger organizations, functional leaders on a CPO path, and mid-senior practitioners wanting to level up their capabilities.

How many students will be in each cohort?
The cohorts are capped at 50 students.

Do I need to attend every session?
To get the most from the cohort experience you should try to attend every live/synchronous session. I realize that's not always possible, and many students don't have perfect attendance. All of the Tuesday "Learning" sessions with guest instructor presentations will be recorded and available for on-demand viewing the next day. The Thursday breakout group discussions will not be recorded.

Will I have access to the learning materials after the course?
Yes - all of the learning materials will remain available to you through a platform designed specifically for each cohort.

Will I have access to the community after the course?
Yes - your cohort membership includes lifetime access to the Redefining HR Accelerator community and your private cohort channel you'll use for connecting and collaborating with your cohort peers before, during, and after the course.
